Partnership

Partnership with Genesis Core Systems.

Genesis pairs best-in-class partner technology with the modules we've built ourselves. The result is one integrated platform — not a marketplace, not a stitched-together vendor stack — shaped around how community banks actually operate.

Why partner with Genesis

One unified system, simple to run.

Genesis is tuned for the operating shape of a community bank: a lean IT team that has to keep the lights on while shipping change. The processes, defaults, and integrations are built around how community institutions actually run — not retrofitted from products designed for Tier-1 scale.

Our partnerships with major technology vendors keep that current. Regulatory updates, payments standards, security primitives — all of it comes into the platform without an upgrade project on the bank's side.

Design Partner Program

Become a Genesis Design Partner.

Genesis's Design Partner model is designed to reduce first-mover risk for community banks. At the beginning of the process, the bank commits to disciplined discovery, design, configuration, testing, and validation — not to blind production conversion. A production conversion is considered only after agreed User Acceptance Testing and migration reconciliation criteria are met.

Genesis is delighted to offer interested banks the opportunity to connect and gain access to a wealth of resources, including referrals, technology briefings, and direct contact with our leadership team.

  • 01

    Exclusive participation and influence

Design Partners serve on the Design Committee for Genesis products. This role allows you to provide guidance and have a direct impact on product development, ensuring that the solutions developed meet the specific needs of community banks like yours.

  • 02

    Customized technological solutions

Within the agreed Design Partner MVP scope, Genesis covers the standard implementation, integration, configuration, and customization work required to bring the Genesis platform into the bank's environment. Bank-unique requirements that are not intended to become part of the Genesis platform are handled separately.

  • 03

    Cost-effective upgrades and operations

Design Partners receive priority implementation attention, early influence on the reference configuration, and a risk-reduced path to modernization. The current core remains the system of record during design, build, testing, and validation until cutover readiness is achieved.

Strategic Benefits

Three advantages that compound.

Direct product influence

Shape the features and capabilities of Genesis solutions directly. Your priorities become roadmap priorities, not feedback that vanishes into a black box.

Customization at cost

Implement customized solutions without the typical financial burden. Build the things your bank actually needs and pay only for the work itself.

Operational efficiency

Enjoy the simplicity and cost-effectiveness of migrating and operating with Genesis. Fewer vendors, fewer integration surfaces, fewer surprises.

Join the commitment

A collaborative environment where your bank can thrive.

As a Design Partner, your bank shapes what Genesis becomes. You sit on the Design Committee, get features built around the workflows you actually run, and never have to wait for someone else's roadmap to catch up to what you need.

Ready to be one? Send us a note — we run cohorts small and select intentionally.

How it works

From inquiry to active partnership.

01

Inquiry

Reach out through the contact form or directly to the Genesis team. We learn what is prompting the conversation and whether the bank is a possible fit.

02

Working Session

A structured session with Genesis leadership to review the bank's current core environment, business goals, operating model, timeline, and constraints.

03

Selection and Scope

If there is mutual fit, Genesis and the bank define the Design Partner scope, including the MVP capabilities, implementation assumptions, responsibilities, and validation process.

04

Design, Configuration, and Build

The bank participates in workflow discovery, requirements validation, configuration review, integration planning, and migration preparation. The bank is committing to the process, not blind conversion.

05

UAT and Migration Validation

The bank validates agreed business scenarios and migration reconciliation criteria. UAT and migration validation are the formal gates before any production conversion decision.

06

Cutover Readiness and Go-Live

After acceptance criteria are met, Genesis executes a controlled cutover plan, with go/no-go checkpoints and an optional parallel run where appropriate for operational confidence.
